room slippers hotel umbrella delicious breakfast
the room included slippers. an umbrella was also in the room. the bathroom included a weight scale. i found the breakfast was amazing!!! the bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere after the day.

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with my luggage promptly. the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. i enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, close to several attractions!
the in-room safe deposit box instructions were not clear.

ugly back wall bathroom light
the room was clean but it faced a very ugly back wall i couldn't see the sky it was room 513 the curtains did not fully close a bathroom light was not working maintenance made us waste 3 hours i was left with no lights in the bathroom the hotel only offered a 25% discount

room upgrade fine view early closing loud singing
The location was AMAZING!!! The room was very clean. I really enjoyed having a morning coffee with a fine view. It literally was like I was in the heart of the city. We got a room upgrade, a good surprise. It doubled our joy.
The bar closed early. One night it was 9 pm because it was quiet. I didn't expect this from a five-star hotel. There was very loud singing and chanting outside from a religious band. It continued until 11.30 pm one night.

excellent stay
helpful staff great menu convenient location
The staff were helpful with directions. I had breakfast in the restaurant, and the menu choice was great. The location was close to shops.. mc gill campus was not far. i recommend staying here.
I could hear footsteps from the guests above me. This was noticeable, but nothing too major. i would expect a 5 star hotel to do something about it.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes . There is also a selection of free weights available. The equipment was modern and well maintained for regular use.

The building overlooks phillips square and has interesting views. The hotel is near shops and public transit. This made getting around very easy, and accessing other parts of the city simple.
