the room was clean but it faced a very ugly back wall i couldn't see the sky it was room 513 the curtains did not fully close a bathroom light was not working maintenance made us waste 3 hours i was left with no lights in the bathroom the hotel only offered a 25% discount

The location was AMAZING!!! The room was very clean. I really enjoyed having a morning coffee with a fine view. It literally was like I was in the heart of the city. We got a room upgrade, a good surprise. It doubled our joy.
The bar closed early. One night it was 9 pm because it was quiet. I didn't expect this from a five-star hotel. There was very loud singing and chanting outside from a religious band. It continued until 11.30 pm one night.

The staff were helpful with directions. I had breakfast in the restaurant, and the menu choice was great. The location was close to shops.. mc gill campus was not far. i recommend staying here.
I could hear footsteps from the guests above me. This was noticeable, but nothing too major. i would expect a 5 star hotel to do something about it.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes . There is also a selection of free weights available. The equipment was modern and well maintained for regular use.
